The Gold Level
This plan includes an inspection and cleaning of your HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING systems and a plumbing inspection. (One or two visits per plan year – you choose.)
Gas heating system AND central air conditioning - $297.00
Oil heating system AND central air conditioning - $448.00
The Silver Level
This plan includes an inspection and cleaning of your HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING system and a plumbing inspection. (One visit per plan year)
Air Conditioning system plan - $198.00
Gas heating systems plan - $198.00
Oil heating system plan $398.00
Add Ons (If more than one Heating or A/C system or other equipment and visit is done at same time)
Inspection and cleaning of an additional Gas fired heating system - $129.00ea.
Inspection and cleaning/flush of an additional tankless/standard hot water heater - $129.00ea.

Inspection and cleaning of an additional mini-split indoor unit – $99.00ea.

As a "Service Partner" you are priority! Your job may be scheduled ahead of others depending on the situation. (Emergencies such as no heat, no water etc. have priority over non-emergency calls even for non-service plan holders)
